Phineas and Ferb are making a comeback for Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe, premiering exclusively on Disney+ this summer.

The animated film from Disney Television Animation follows step brothers Phineas and Ferb as they travel across the galaxy to rescue their older sister Candace after she gets abducted by aliens and finds utopia in a far-off planet away from her pesky brothers.

Some of the original voice talent will return to reprise their roles from the original series, which aired on Disney Channel from 2008-2015. The returning talent includes Ashley Tisdale as Candace Flynn; Vincent Martella as Phineas Flynn; Caroline Rhea as their mom, Linda; Dee Bradley Baker as Perry the Platypus; Alyson Stoner as Isabella; Maulik Pancholy as Baljeet; Bobby Gaylor as Buford; Olivia Olson as Vanessa Doofenshmirtz; Tyler Mann as Carl; and Povenmire and Marsh as Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram.

David Errigo Jr. will join the cast as Ferb Fletcher, along with new additions Ali Wong, Wayne Brady, Diedrich Bader, and Thomas Middleditch.

Before the movie premieres on Friday, Aug. 28, fans can catch up on all four seasons of the original animated series Phineas and Ferb and the Disney Channel Original Movie Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension on Disney+.

A soundtrack from Walt Disney Records will launch the same day the movie is released. New Phineas and Ferb merch will also be available at Amazon, BoxLunch, and Hot Topic this August.
