Have you ever heard someone say, “Yeah, that’ll happen when pigs fly?” Well, dear reader, thanks to these little piggies, the time has come.
Pigs on Trampolines, the newest game designed for grade schoolers from PlayMonster, is just as fun as the name sounds. The object of the game is to use the trampolines to bounce the little rubber pigs off the trampolines to send them flying into the pig pen, trying to land them in the mud puddle.
Each of the charming sows has a sculpted little fashion moment happening — whether it’s a green helmet and elbow pads or a red cape. The rubber pigs are a pretty decent size, so little hands will be able to grab onto them, but it does make it a little tricky to get the right idea of how much to bounce it. (I am now a pro, so I am ready for any and all challengers!) Each trampoline has a handy arrow that tells you which way to face it for a successful bounce.
Each time a player lands a pig into the puddle, they collect a mud pie. Kids keep bouncing their little swines on the trampolines until all the mud pies are gone. Then, of course, the muddiest piggy wins the game.
The game comes with three trampolines, so it’s a good choice for smaller playdates or for siblings to play together. The setup is simple with just a few snaps, but adults may need to help out. Parents will also appreciate that everything also unsnaps so that you can store things back in the box until the next time you play.
The gameplay is simple to learn, but is also very silly, so kids will want to play over and over again. And at an affordable $24.99, this game is worth the bargain spend!
With its fast-paced gameplay, simple rules, and fun factor, this game will leave your kids happier than a pig in mud.
PIGS ON TRAMPOLINES
Players use the included mini trampolines to bounce pigs into the pig pen and try to land them in the mud puddle. Every pig that players land in the puddle earns them a mud pie. Whoever has the most mud pies in the end wins the game.
