Kids with a passion for adventure can bring the jungle home this fall.
Playmobil’s new Wiltopia brand is all about pairing classic play with messaging about sustainability and doing what’s right for the world. But Playmobil isn’t just talking about doing good — Wiltopia products are produced using more than 80% sustainable materials on average to keep junk from piling up in the environment!
The Wiltopia Research Tower with Compass stands tall in the new collection. It’s a 360-degree playset that’s packed with fun features and accessories that foster a kid’s natural curiosity and imagination. Acting as a lookout for the animal-packed world of Wiltopia, the Research Tower offers a full view of the “jungle” and acts as a habitat and shelter for howler monkeys.
Kids can use the included “teenaged” Playmobil figures to traverse the ladders to the rotating top platform, being careful not to disturb the included rattlesnake, turtles, hummingbirds, or howler monkeys. Additional play accessories include a tiny quad drone with a remote, a measuring device to conduct surveys of the land, and more.
A working compass sits atop the playset and can be removed for adventures in the backyard and beyond.
Of course, kids love to learn, and with the free Wiltopia app, they can scan the included animal card to learn all about the real-world animals that inspired the playset and project them into their own home using augmented reality.
Playmobil is a leader in true world-building, and the Research Tower is just one piece of an extensive, collectible, range of Wiltopia toys that will be topping kids’ wish lists this fall. Kids can collect additional animal figures, playsets, and vehicles to extend the fun.
The Research Tower is a fantastic set on its own or when paired with the Animal Rescue Station, a top pick in The Toy Insider’s 17th annual Holiday Gift Guide this year!
