Grab the Scooby Snacks — game night is just getting started.

Meddling kids ages 12 and up can join Mystery Inc. in the new cooperative board game from The Op called Scooby-Doo: Escape from the Haunted Mansion.

The colorful, complex story continues the Coded Chronicles series of games, but with a particularly mysterious adventure. Players use a special code-revealing system to unlock clues and solve puzzles within the spooky mansion. The ghost of Lady Fairmont haunts the mansion and it’s up to you to discover the real truth.

Your family game night could be a long one. To escape the mansion will take at least 100 minutes, but it can also be divided up into multiple sessions to extend the play. Luckily, it doesn’t matter if you’re a gang of one or of 12, the game has more than 90 components that create the brain teasers and mysteries so everyone can chip in to solve it.

When she's not playing with toys at work, she's playing with her baby girl at home.
