Spider-Man and his fab friends are ready to save the day in the new season of Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends. The hit Disney Channel and Disney Junior animated preschool series follows three friends — Peter Parker, Miles Morales, and Gwen Stacy — as they use each of their unique superhero powers to fight off baddies around the city.

Ahead of the series premiere, fans can tune in for a “Glow Webs Glow” storyline collection featuring 10 shorts in which the trio will meet new friends and baddies. The shorts launched this week on Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney Junior YouTube, Marvel HQ YouTube, and will later be available on Disney+ on Aug. 17.

Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy, who created the music for the series, also released a new “Glow Webs Glow” digital single to get kids excited for the new season. If your kid’s not much of a dancer, an assortment of children’s books, comics, toys, and apparel based on the series will continue rolling out for Spidey-fun away from the screen.

Kids (and parents) can expect to hear more familiar voices in the second season from special guest voice castings including John Stamos, Sean Giambrone, Bindi Irwin, and Scott Porter. There will also be a live-action feature of Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends as a part of the Disney Junior Live On Tour: Costume Palooza. The tour will launch on Sept. 2 with stops in 80 cities this year.

The new season of Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends will debut on Disney Channel and Disney Junior on Friday, Aug. 19 at 8:30 a.m. EDT with a batch of episodes later releasing on Disney+ this fall.
