Nintendo Switch is adding two more games to its SEGA Ages collection, and these two are all about nostalgia: SEGA’s Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Puyo Puyo 2.
Gamers can spin-dash their way through the hyper-competitive Sonic the Hedgehog 2 rounds, now with additional battles. As introduced in Sonic Mania, the new game will feature “drop dash” features to gain speed, plus new “Super Sonic,” “Time Trial,” and “Knuckles the Echidna” modes that offer new characters and online rankings.
Puyo Puyo 2 makes its long-awaited resurgence after 25 years with an official English version of the classic arcade game. The sequel offers two-player online battles, online rankings, a quick rewind feature, and a color-blind mode.
Both games will be available beginning on Feb. 20 for $7.99 each.
