Now kids can expand their Squishmallow collections online and IRL.
Jazwares and East Side Games Group are working together to develop a mobile game inspired by the plush sensation. The Squishmallows brand debuted in 2017 and has since sold more than 200 million plush characters worldwide.
Each plush Squishmallows collectible features its own personality, a unique design, and an ultra-soft feel. Characters range from original designs to familiar faces like Pikachu and Snorlax from Pokémon. Accessories for the loveable plush playmates have become increasingly popular as well, including the recent Big Fat Yarn Fashion Kits that kids can use to make soft yarn accessories for the plush toys, like headbands, crossbody bags, or hoodies.
With more than 2,000 Squishmallow characters currently available for purchase, fans will now have an opportunity to collect the plush characters online as well. Players can expect to see new characters in addition to fan favorites in the mobile game and will compete to become the ultimate collector.
