Kids are ready for summer vacation and so is Bandai Namco! The three new Tamagotchi shells that just came out are perfect for kids who are ready to have fun this summer.
Designed for kids ages 8 and up, Tamagotchis are handheld, digital pets that come in egg-shaped shells. Kids take care of their digital pets by feeding them, disciplining them, and playing games! Featuring the original programming from 1997, the Original Tamagotchis also feature mini games, including number games and more.
There are three new Tamagotchi shells that just launched: Berry Delicious, Kuchipatchi Comic Book, and Starry Shower. Each shell is full of summer vibes that kids and nostalgic adults alike can appreciate.

The Berry Delicious shell is almost as sweet as biting into a cool strawberry on a hot summer day. The shell is light pink and features strawberries, blueberries, and pink macarons. The Kuchipatchi Comic Book shell features lime green, pink, and orange colors that are both tropical and in your face! Finally, you or the kids in your life can throw back to camping underneath the stars with the Starry Shower shell, featuring a midnight blue color with a gold moon and stars shining down.
The new Tamagotchi shells are currently available for preorder on Amazon for $19.99 each and are expected to ship at the end of June, just in time for summer!
