y2k’s favorite virtual pet is still at it

  • Designed with a classic early 2000s look
  • Meet more than 50 characters
  • Play more than 10 mini games

Tamagotchi undoubtedly took the world by storm in the early 2000s. Kids could feed the classic virtual pet, play with it, and watch it grow. Now, with Tamagotchi Connection from Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America, kids today (or grown-ups looking for a nostalgia fix) can do the same!

Tamagotchi Connection comes in a few different styles, bringing you back to the Y2K era through pastels, rainbows, and more. It also features the same fun gameplay as the original. Kids grow their Tamagotchi character by playing games, feeding it, and showing compassion. There are more than 50 characters to unlock and more than 10 mini games to play. Players can also connect their characters with others to make friends, play games, exchange gifts, and even get married!

The included battery is not rechargeable, so you might want to have a CR2032 on hand.
