There is more than meets the eye to these new Bumblebee and Battletrap action figures from Hasbro!

The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts movie is coming to theaters on June 9, and Hasbro is making sure there are toys to come with it. The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Studio Series Deluxe Class Bumblebee and The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Studio Series Voyager Class Battletrap both have the ability to transform from vehicle to robot.

The movie is based on the Transformers: Beast Wars franchise, and is bringing three new groups of Transformers to the live-action films: the Terrorcons, the Maximals, and the Predacons. The new 4.5-inch action figures are inspired by the Transformers’ looks from the live-action film, and kids can help them get ready for their surprise visit to an unknown planet with new factions to fight and assist.

Kids can switch the Bumblebee figure from a robot to his signature car from the live-action films, a Chevrolet Camaro, in 23 steps. The character is fully poseable and comes with a stinger blaster, an arm blade, and a Volcano Showdown backdrop scene to make battles fully cinematic.

Kids can also transform Battletrap into his vehicle, a GMC tow truck, in 30 steps. This figure comes with an Attack at the Museum backdrop and a mace accessory.

Both Bumblebee and Battletrap are available for preorder now on Hasbro’s website as well as on Amazon. They’re expected to ship around April 1, giving kids plenty of time to get them as a movie buddy.
