Preschoolers are all a little loony in their own right, so it’s only fitting that they have a Looney Tunes series just for them.
Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, Bugs Bunny Builders is the first Looney Tunes preschool series in more than 20 years and the first time the series is taking on an educational tone.
Preschoolers can watch the wacky and slapstick comedy of classic Looney Tunes characters — including Bugs Bunny, Lola, Daffy, and Tweety — infused with a modern Humancentric Learning curriculum that will teach kids about building and design. The stories will promote self-expression, problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and scientific and mathematical thinking, showing kids that if you can imagine it, you can build it!
The plot will follow Bugs and Lola working as managers of the Looney Builders construction crew along with Daffy, Porky, Tweety, Sylvester, Taz, and more familiar faces. Each characters has a designated job and the team works together to help their fellow citizens of Looneyburg with zany building projects, from building racetracks to ice cream sundaes. Not only are the characters loony, but so are the tools and the vehicles.
Grab your hard hats and buckle up for Bugs Bunny Builders’ premiere on July 25 on Cartoonito on Cartoon Network, and on Tuesday, July 26 on Cartoonito on HBO Max. Watch the trailer below!
