Is there anything more entertaining than a girl and her pet elephant?
Deepa & Anoop is Mattel Television’s first original series with all-new stories and characters. The TV show first premiered on Netflix on Aug. 16. Now, the song and dance kids have come to love from Deepa & Anoop will continue next month.
Mattel Television dropped a new trailer for Season 2 of Deepa & Anoop, which comes out on Nov. 7. In the trailer, Deepa shows appreciation for Anoop and celebrates his birthday while dancing on a giant birthday cake.
The animated series follows Deepa, a 7-year-old Indian girl, and her friend Anoop, a color-changing baby elephant, as they try to spice up life as “concierges of fun” for guests at Mango Manor, Deepa’s family’s bed and breakfast.
The show focuses on imaginative problem solving and appreciating Deepa’s Indian heritage through her multigenerational family. Each episode includes song and dance performances, including some based in Bollywood style.
Deepa & Anoop is available to stream in the U.S. on Netflix.
