Call your realtor and act fast: This dream house won’t be on the market for long!

This year, Mattel‘s Barbie Dreamhouse is celebrating its big 6-0, and this year’s model is truly the house of your dreams.

This beautiful Malibu-inspired mansion is 43 inches tall and 41 inches wide, sprawling across an impressive amount of land. Not only is this great for your homeowner Barbie, but it’s ideal for multiple kids to play at the same time, making it a great option for a full family gift. In addition to being quite the expansive playset, it also lets kids engage in full 360-degree play — there is no one side of the dollhouse that isn’t imaginative-play friendly. It features three floors and 10 indoor and outdoor living areas, including a dance floor, a bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, and more.

Although it doesn’t come with the dolls, this move-in ready house does come fully furnished — five pieces of the furniture are transforming — and features 70 accessories to fully deck out your dream home. There is a grass area and pool that kids can place outside the house to make it the ultimate California-style oasis. There are also outdoor accessories like a grill, a mini pet pool complete with a slide, and more so that your Barbies can entertain their friends and their pets in style. It also features working lights and sounds — which really amp up the dance party vibes on the top floor — and a working elevator for your dolls to travel from floor to floor.

With big wow gifts, I recommend building it up ahead of time so that as soon as kids receive it, they can play right away. While a big construction project like this might be a little intimidating, fear not, grown ups: The Barbie Dreamhouse is a surprisingly easy build for a home of its size. The pieces are all clearly labeled and snap together with ease, plus the instructions are simple to follow and won’t have you wanting to rip out your hair. For the full build with sticker decal additions, it took me (one person) about an hour and 15 minutes to complete — which is not bad for the endless hours of imaginative playtime to come.

So, book the movers, pack your boxes, and get ready to move into your dream home. The Barbie Dreamhouse will not disappoint!
