FUN WITH SMART STAGES

  • Grows with kids 6 months to 3 years old
  • Converts into four play configurations
  • A great gift idea for new parents

The Laugh & Learn 4-in-1 Activity Table & Easel from Fisher-Price is one of those rare toys that actually keeps up with your kid. It starts as a sit-and-play busy board, then flips and grows into a toddler table, an open play table, and eventually an art easel. Thanks to more than 135 songs, sounds, and phrases spread across three Smart Stages learning levels (Discover, Encourage, Imagine), there’s plenty to touch, spin, flip, and sing along with.

This is one of those toys I wish we had when my girls were little. It’s sturdy and packed with things to do, but it’s not overstimulating. Babies as young as six months old can sit and explore the lights and buttons; toddlers up to age three can stand, create, and pretend. When they’re ready to draw, flip the top and clip on some paper so your little artist has a fresh canvas. Colors, shapes, numbers, art, it’s all here!

While this includes a built-in storage tray for supplies, crayons, markers, and paper are sold separately (but you probably have plenty at home). And don’t forget the batteries! This requires 3 AA batteries (not included).

Parents who want one toy that sticks around to entertain a baby and grows into a creative hub for a toddler; folks looking for a great gift idea for new parents.
