WHAT IT IS
The Numberblocks Blockzee Balance Activity Set from hand2mind features a monster-themed balance to help kids learn about numbers and values. The set includes the Blockzee balance, two clear buckets, 10 double-sided activity cards, 61 MathLink Cubes (12 different colors to build Numberblocks), a sticker sheet with faces, and a dry-erase marker.
The activity cards divided into two levels: the red cards feature numbers up to five, and the orange cards focus on numbers up to 10. Kids can place the clear buckets on Blockzee’s hands, then fill them with colorful Numberblocks according to the visual instructions on the cards to learn about numbers and math. The monster’s eyes, mouth, and arms will move to compare numbers; the mouth will open towards the bucket with the larger number of blocks to represent the “greater than” symbol and will showcase the “less than” and “equal to” symbols accordingly.

WHY WE LOVE IT
