Star Wars fans, it’s time to assemble your squad!
To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Star Wars franchise, Jazwares has launched the Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron collection of micro-scale vehicles and figures, featuring iconic vehicles of the past and present.
The micro-scale vehicle line features a new size and scale that spans the entire Star Wars saga, capturing details that add to the play experience and that older fans will appreciate for display — so much so, that all of the vehicles are even in scale to each other. Fans who get their hands on this first wave will find “Launch Edition” badges adorned on the packaging, adding to the collectibility factor. Each set also comes with at least one 1-inch action figure and accessories.
The collection will range in price from $5.99-44.99 for Scout Class Mystery Packs, Light Armor Class, Starfighter Class, Transport Class, Starship Class, and Vehicle Assault Class assortments. Some items are available now for preorder at Target and Amazon, officially launching on Aug. 1. Fans who are attending Star Wars Celebration from May 26-29 in Anaheim, California will get a first look at the line at Jazwares’ Booth No. 2804.

Starfighter Class Darth Vader’s Tie Advanced is a 5-inch modified prototype flown by Darth Vader at the Battle of Yavin. Featuring incredible details and authentic scaling, this craft leads forces into the Death Star trench with an opening cockpit and engine panel, removable wings, and a pilot eject button. Vehicle also includes an articulated 1-inch Darth Vader micro figure, compatible with any Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron craft.

STAR WARS MICRO GALAXY SQUADRON STARFIGHTER CLASS LUKE SKYWALKER’S X-WING
Red 5 is standing by with the Starfighter Class Luke Skywalker’s X-Wing. Featuring incredible details and authentic scaling, this 5-inch Incom T-65B was the ship that saved the Rebel Alliance at the Battle of Yavin. This craft dives into the Death Star trench with this X-Wing, featuring opening S-foils, retractable landing gear, an opening cockpit, and a working droid socket with an included R2-D2 Astromech droid micro figure. The Starship Class Razor Crest is a 7-inch pre-Empire assault craft and Mandalorian Din Djarin’s preferred ship. The Razor Crest features an opening cockpit, side door, and rear boarding ramp; a removable roof, engine, and side panels; a carbon freezing chamber with a Mythrol carbonite block; a detailed armory; and retractable landing gear.
