I am almost done my Christmas shopping… almost. The only thing left on my list are some stocking stuffers for my children. Growing up, I had to wait for my older sister to get up before I was allowed to dive into the huge pile under the tree. While I waited, I could open my stocking and it became one of my favorite things to do. Now that I have children of my own, I try to stuff their stockings with little trinkets that I know that they will love and go beyond the chapstick and hand lotion.

stocking stuffers for kids1. Play Doh Grab ‘N Go: What kid doesn’t love Play Doh? I love these Grab ‘N Go sticks! You can stash some in your diaper bag or take them along with you while you are traveling for the holidays.

2. Rainbow Loom Rubber BandsRainbow Loom is one of the hottest toys this year! Kids everywhere are making the coolest bracelets and sporting them up and down their arms. They could always use more rubber bands.

3. Piggy PaintPiggy Paint is a natural, eco-friendly nail polish designed for fancy girls. Its non-toxic, hypoallergenic formula makes it safe to use on all piggies.

4. Spot It!: Don’t be fooled by the little tin! Spot it! is a feverishly fun matching game with an astounding concept: there is always one matching symbol between any two cards.

5. Mystery Packs: Whether you have a Littlest Pet Shop or Lego fan on your list, there is a huge variety of mystery packs out there.
