Kids already love Wondery’s Wow in the World podcast for teaching them about the coolest discoveries in science and technology, but soon they’ll love it even more thanks to new toys from Thames & Kosmos!
Wow in the World is made with kids in mind. The science podcast was designed for kids ages 4 and up to listen to — along with their grown-ups! Hosted by Mindy Thomas and Guy Raz, the podcast covers everything from octopus moms to the dinosaur extinction. Now, the audio experience is coming to the world of toys with a new toy line from Thames & Kosmos.
The new line will launch with seven initial products, such as a volcano experiment kit and an air rocket. Each toy will include audio content from the Wow in the World hosts, as well as a free three-month subscription to Wondery+.
Thames & Kosmos is already well-known for its variety of STEM toy offerings. The company has toys that teach kids about concepts in science and technology, and has also branched out into the worlds of arts, early childhood learning, and games.
The Wow in the World toy line will launch later this year, just in time for the 2024 holiday season. Little science lovers will want to keep their eyes open for the chance to experience their favorite podcast in toy form. While they wait, they can catch up on the latest episodes of Wow in the World, airing every Monday.
