Car trips and family vacations just got more fun, thanks to the Citymapper app’s newest feature.
In partnership with BBC Studios as part of its Play the Bluey Way global campaign, the app now has a “for kids” option that suggests kid-friendly routes and special Bluey-themed features to make longer trips feel like an adventure.

To activate the “For Kids” feature, parents and caregivers simply open the Citymapper app, plan a trip as usual, and select the Bluey “For Kids” option in the route options list. The option is available in 40 countries across the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. Parents and caregivers can plan their route using the app’s curated kid-friendly routes, find stroller-friendly public transit stations, and personalize the trip with icons of Bluey, Bingo, and their family and friends.
Kids can find clips of Bluey and her friends while helping parents and caregivers plan the route and throughout the trip, and access games and activities through Bluey.tv.
