Explore the World of ‘Animal Crossing’ Through These LEGO Sets

Animal Crossing has been a huge hit with kids since its initial release in 2001. Now, the popular video game series from Nintendo is the inspiration for five new LEGO play experiences. These sets will allow builders ages 6 and up to explore the world and characters from the video games and play out different stories in the brick-built landscape.

The Julian’s Birthday Party set ($14.99) allows builders to celebrate with Julian, share cupcakes, and open presents. The Bunnie’s Outdoor Activities set ($19.99) allows outdoor enthusiasts to roleplay setting up a tent, roasting marshmallows, or using the vaulting pole to jump across the water and grab the shovel or other recognizable tools from the video game. Kapp’n’s Island Boat Tour ($29.99) gives fans the opportunity to board the boat and explore another island with Kapp’n and Marshal. Builders can also go on an adventure to search for coconuts and bamboo, discover wildlife, hermit crabs, and fish or simply hang out and enjoy the fire.

The Isabelle’s House Visit set ($39.99) allows builders to get creative and help Isabelle and Fauna customize Fauna’s house and enjoy activities such as opening the balloon present, crafting tools, or picking fruits and flowers. Lastly, Nook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House ($74.99) gives builders two locations where they can roleplay stocking up Nook’s Cranny shop or go to Rosie’s house for freshly baked cookies.

The sets have been developed to easily fit together and offer a high level of customization. For example, it’s possible to switch elements between buildings such as window frames with one simple click. All of the sets can be adapted, mixed, and changed, enabling builders to create their own worlds.

The all-new LEGO Animal Crossing sets will be available globally via LEGO stores, retailers, and lego.com starting on March 1, 2024.
