It’s summer, which means warmer weather and more time for kids to play with friends. Thanks to Bandai Namco Entertainment, kids can now take their pixelated Digimon friends along on all their road trips, vacations, or even when running errands with their parents.
In the new mobile game Digimon UP, kids start by choosing their Partner Digimon. Then it’s time to feed, train, and battle, eventually getting their Digimon to grow stronger and Digivolve. Even when kids aren’t actively playing the game, their Digimon can continue to train and evolve, thanks to the game’s auto-progression feature. It’s a game designed around everyday routines, making it great for a short play break or for unwinding after a busy day.
To celebrate the game’s launch, the official Digimon UP X and Facebook pages are hosting a special giveaway where, from now until July 22, Digimon fans can follow and repost the giveaway announcement post (pictured above) to enter for a chance to win a Digimon UP t-shirt, featuring characters like Agumon, Terriermon, and Gabumon.
Everyone who downloads the app can also redeem special in-game rewards like Gekkomon, Numemon, Tai Kamiya with his Agumon, and Patamon Pajamas for their avatar to wear.
Digimon UP is now available for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Parents and caregivers can learn more about the app by visiting dgup.bn-ent.net/en.
