Hasbro is introducing its classic games to a new generation of Dr. Seuss fans! The toy company just released a kid-friendly collection of its popular board games, featuring Dr. Seuss-inspired twists.
The line kicks off with Candy Land: The World of Dr. Seuss ($19.99). Kids ages 3 and up can play as their favorite Dr. Seuss character and race the Cat in the Hat on the rainbow path! The collection also features The Game of Life: Oh, the Places You’ll Go ($24.99). During this version of Life, kids ages 8 and up will choose a college or career path and travel through Wide Open Air, High Heights, and The Waiting Place as they make life-altering in-game decisions.
Meanwhile, with Operation: The Grinch Edition ($19.99), players ages 6 and up will perform life-saving surgery on the Grinch instead of Cavity Sam. With new sound effects, the Grinch won’t hesitate to tell you if you make a mistake! Kids can make up for it, though, when they play Monopoly Deal: How the Grinch Stole Christmas ($6.99). In this reimagining of the classic game, players ages 8 and up help the Grinch steal Christmas.
Hasbro’s new collection also includes Seussian-inspired versions of Trouble ($14.99) and Chutes and Ladders ($14.99).
The full lineup is available now, except for Operation: The Grinch Edition, which releases Aug. 1. Families can buy their favorite games at Amazon, Walmart, or Target.
