Do elves have bathing suits? Can a beachfront be considered a winter wonderland? Are white Christmases overrated? Thanks to a partnership between Beaches Resorts and The Elf on the Shelf, families will soon get to weigh in on these hotly debated questions and more.

The partnership will offer themed stays at several world-class beachfront resorts in the Caribbean, and has a few extra-tantalizing components to it. A sweepstakes, for one, is sure to satisfy both parents avoiding cold weather and kids who crave holiday cheer. The Beaches Resorts and The Elf on the Shelf Vacation Sweepstakes, which runs now through Dec. 30, will offer families a chance to win a six-night vacation at either Beaches Negril in Jamaica or Beaches Turks and Caicos, which will include additional festive The Elf on the Shelf prizes and experiences.

For those who don’t want to chance it, these elven stays are also bookable: On the world class beaches of the Caribbean, little ones will be awed by experiences like turndown service for their elves (marshmallow baths and moonlight milk and cookies are among the ways the elves will be pampered), as well as holiday-themed beachfront parties featuring “Elf stunts” (whatever that could mean), Christmas karaoke, and more.

And it wouldn’t be the holidays without the spirit of giving. As such, families participating in The Elf on the Shelf festivities can support the not-for-profit Sandals Foundation, which works to provide toys to children across the Caribbean. Guests this year can also become “Beaches Little Helpers” by crafting holiday cards to be distributed to local children.

For more information on how to enter the sweepstakes, book a stay, and enjoy a bonafide beachy Christmas, visit the Beaches Resorts website.
